The NEXT PHASE Beginning Soon!
Established in 2002 in Lakemba and later relocated to UMA Padstow in 2017, it’s an Islamic Center where Muslims can pray, play, learn, and access essential services freely. UMA’s mission is clear: to ensure every Muslim in Australia, present and future generations, practices their faith with dignity and security.
After successfully completing the demolition phase, UMA is going to start the next phase of its development right after Ramadan, insha Allah. Get ready for Phase 2, which includes excavation and building a spacious car park with two levels to accommodate 300 cars. Phase 3 will see the construction of three key structures: a mosque, an education centre, and an administration hub insha Allah.
We urge you to support this noble cause and contribute generously towards realising this dream—a dream that belongs to us all as a united Muslim community.

A HUB For Youth
The UMA has long been a hub for the youth, helping them find belonging, Islamic knowledge and identity through a wide range of exercises including Islamic classes, camps, da’wah activities, sports, and much more.
A HOME for Families
The UMA is a home for entire families. From children to adults. From Islamic classes to youth groups to a gym to camps. It has what a family needs to live an Islamic way of life confidently in a loving and caring community of people.
The HOME to Reverts
The UMA is also a family for those who have no family. When they become Muslim, many reverts are disowned by their family. The UMA becomes their new home. It has helped hundreds of reverts in its history find comfort, solace, and the chance to grow in their new journeys..
A SAFE HAVEN for Sisters
Muslim women have often felt out of place in broader society in an era of Islamophobia. The UMA has been a much-needed safe haven where sisters have found confidence and the support needed to live confidently by their deen.
