As we evolve from strength to strength, We are constantly improving and updating our facility for our members. We strive to continue to perfect this safe environment where everyone feels respected and accepted.

No lock in contracts – Pay as you go, personal trainer is available upon request.
Additional $20 deposit for Gym tag.

Mon-Fri: 5am – 11pm
Sat: 5am – 10pm
Sun: 5am – 10pm
Please observe the following rules with regards to using the Gym.
- Bring your own towel.
- No work boots
- All Members must have their Gym tag
- Strictly for 15 years and over
Change rooms & showering facilities are available.
All visitors MUST BE double vaccinated to enter
