A daee who invites people to Islam and serves their community must be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to be both practical and effective in their dawah efforts. Anyone who expresses interest in volunteering for the sake of Allah and being part of any team in the Dawah Department deserves to be upskilled and prepared for the work that lies ahead. This is why we have established the Training & Development initiative for every division within the Dawah Department.
The 15-week foundation courses offered by each division (twice a year) cover topic specific to the nature of the Dawah within the division itself. A participant with complete the foundation course with, theoretic knowledge of the focus area in the division, practical application, tips & etiquettes as well as exposure to the initiatives and their programs (on the ground dawah).
